The quality of our decaf was recognised with the Bronze Medal at the 2017 Golden Bean Australia/NZ Coffee Roasting Competition.

The Chiapas region is the main coffee producing area in Mexico. Mountain Water Process Decaffeination uses the clear, pure water from the glaciers on the highest and most beautiful mountain in Mexico. In the decaffeination process, the green coffee beans are immersed in cold mountain water in order to extract the caffeine in a systematic manner resulting in coffee beans that are 99.9% caffeine free.

This method of decaffeination results in a full flavoured coffee that is just unbelievable. Enjoy!
